Main content of the project

1 Integrate the original customs declaration and inspection report data items.
On the basis of soliciting the opinions of various ministries, customs declaration associations and some customs declaration enterprises in the early stage, in accordance with the principle of “conforming according to laws and regulations, going to the complex and simple”, the original customs declaration form and the original inspection and quarantine declaration form of the inspection and quarantine are sorted and integrated. The common items and the deletion of very few items were used, and the total number of 229 items of goods declared in the original customs declaration and inspection forms was reduced to 105, which greatly reduced the enterprise declaration items.

The integrated version of the new customs declaration form is based on 48 items of the original declaration form, and some original inspection contents are added to form a new customs declaration printing format with 56 items. The layout is changed from vertical to horizontal, which is closer to the internationally recommended customs declaration style. All paper documents are printed normally.
