Air cargo declaration

Determine the imported flight, after the plane has landed. Start importing operations.

    First, it is necessary to provide a notice of arrival, a copy of the bill of lading, and a letter of introduction.

    Second, prepare the documents required for import declaration:

    1. Required documents: one copy of the bill of lading, invoice, one-piece contract, customs declaration, and inspection power of attorney.

    2. The goods to be inspected must be first inspected and the Customs Clearance form must be obtained before the customs declaration can be entered.

    3. Import goods from the European Union, the United States, South Korea, and Japan. If it is a wooden crates, it must have the PICC logo on the package, and the wood packaging inspection should be done after the customs release.

    4. All the documents required by the tax (such as import license, mechanical and electrical certificate, important industrial product certificate, endangered certificate, inspection and quarantine certificate)

    5. There is a tax exemption certificate manual for the tax exemption manual.

    6. After the import declaration, if the customs need to review the price, the customer shall provide the relevant price certificate. Such as letters of credit, insurance policies, original invoices, tenders and other documents required by customs.
