4. If the goods are exported for export inspection, please provide a replacement certificate or export customs clearance form.
Note: If you use your own qualifications to declare, please prepare a proxy declaration. The "Blank Agent Customs Power of Attorney" (original three-way), the lower left and upper right stamps, and the "blank seal paper" (three copies) are stamped on the lower right. All stamps must be unified.
Third, the customs declaration process:
1. Our company signs an agency agreement with the customer.
2. According to the cargo information and documents provided by the customer, carry out the customs code confirmation, check whether the documents provided are perfect, and whether special documents are required.
3. After the confirmation is completed, the booking is made according to the customer's instructions on the export time.
4. Pick up the goods at the factory and deliver them to the airport warehouse.
5. According to the bill of lading issued by the airline, improve the customs declaration documents and report to the customs.
6, the customs will review the documents according to the customs declaration information.
7. If the goods are inspected by the customs, the goods will be clean after inspection and the customs will release them.
If the goods are inconsistent with the documents after inspection, our company will carefully check the details and declaration information of the goods with the customer, and make a change according to the actual situation, and resubmit it to the port officials. The officials will release the documents after checking.

Air cargo inspection
For goods subject to legal inspection, before the export is booked, the inspection procedures should be carried out at the locality. If the goods are in the same place and the customs declaration is inconsistent, after the inspection, the “Commodity Inspection and Renewal Certificate” will be obtained, such as the goods and customs. In the case of the same situation, the customs clearance form is directly obtained after the inspection.

Prepare the corresponding documents for inspection in advance to ensure that the goods bills are consistent.
The customs clearance for outbound goods is valid for 60 days for general merchandise, 21 days for plants and plant products, and 14 days for fresh goods.
